Bill Eveleth, of GOA Founding Member, FACET, has just published his second book, "40 Days {To Awaken The Power Within}". In this book, which is characterized as clever and contemplative, the reader is taken on a journey, the journey of his/her life.
Topics covered include:
Fun – Have more, worry less
Vacations – Take a few more, successful people do
Self-discipline – Get it and what could stop you
Energy – How to build your reserves and keep it flowing
There are 40 Days (or chapters) in the book; the above is a sampling of four. I found each day interesting, well written and thought provoking. After each day is a brief workbook (usually a page) that the reader is asked to complete. What a great way to really drive home the point and personalize it for the reader.
This book is for anyone who wants all life can give and needs a little help knowing how to go about getting it!
"40 Days {To Awaken The Power Within} " is available at Amazon.com and other outlets.
